If you are having issues accessing e-Resources off campus, check the following:

  1. Are you going via the Library website instead of attempting to retrieve materials via Google
  2. Check that you do not need to have your password reset by IT. Please note that passwords automatically expire after 3 years.
  3. Ensure that you are an active student i.e. are enrolled in courses (units) for the current semester. For example, students on a leave of absence do not have access to Library resources. You can contact Student Administration for more information on your enrolment status. 

If you are still having issues, please contact the University Library so they can investigate.
