Guidelines for essay writing style and format are governed by your School, and can usually be found in your course outline. You should check with your lecturer, tutor, or research supervisor for further information or ask at your School.
Essentially a title page:
- Presents a running head and begins the document’s pagination
- Includes the paper’s full title centered in the upper half of the page
- Contains the name(s) of the writer(s) and their institutional affiliation
Other information that may be required are your Student ID, name of School and/or the Course name and code, however you should ask your School or tutor whether you need to include these.
