To reset your password or unlock your account, you will need to have Self-Service reset enabled. If this is not enabled, please contact IT Support at 1800 878 903. 

Reset your password

  • Go to the sign-in portal using any device 
  • Enter your email address, then select 'Next'
  • Select 'Forgot Password'.
  • Select your preferred method of reset.

Please allow several minutes to receive the reset notification. The timing may vary depending on your device, location, and connection.

Once you have successfully authenticated, you can create your new password following the password policy.

Once your new password has been accepted, your password has been reset and you will be returned to the log in screen.

Unlock your account

  1. In the event your Notre Dame account has been locked, visit the sign-in portal. If you cannot access the sign-in pagehttps://signin.nd.edu.au/ on any device, contact IT Support.
  2. Do not enter your email address. Instead, select 'Unlock Account'.
  3. Enter your Notre Dame email and select your preferred method of reset.

Please allow several minutes to receive the notification. The timing may vary depending on your device, location, and connection.

Your account will be unlocked once you have successfully authenticated.
