What access does ExamSoft have to my computer?

When using ExamSoft, access is granted to your device's camera and microphone while a you are taking an exam, and it records keystrokes and what is displayed on screen within the software. This doesn't require any more access to the computer than running a recorded session in Zoom.
The invigilator who remotely reviews the examination conducts a retrospective review of the recording made during the exam, and has no access to any personal files on the computer and has no means of accessing or controlling the student’s computer.
