It would be worth you checking with Student Administration whether there are student records for both your previous and current (Honours) courses present in the student administration system.

If so, that may be compromising your off-campus access to Library eResources, as there can only be one student record in the system in order for off-campus authentication to be successful, that is, a unique student ID number.

The same situation has arisen previously for other Honours students and was resolved once student records for their old courses were archived.
