What is an ISBN number ? Can I search for a book using ISBN?

Answer

The International Standard Book Number (ISBN) is a unique identifier for books. Every book has an ISBN  and many books have several ISBNs which are allocated for different editions, places of publication and format (e or print).

You can use the ISBN to find a book in FiNDit using the Find Item feature in the top menu but if you do not find it you should then search for the book by its title. You can also identify the book via the ISBN Search engine. Link provided below.
