Ultra is the new version of Blackboard – with a more modern interface, easier navigation, and new tools to support your learning.
Some, not all, courses are part of an early roll-out in Semester 2 2025. If you're enrolled in one of these courses, your course will look and feel a bit different.
The Ultra Course View offers a streamlined interface. Your instructor's name and picture are displayed prominently on the Course Content page. At the top, you'll find tabs to access course content, the calendar, discussions, grades, and messaging tools. As you explore pages, they open as layers, which you can close to return to previous views. Learn
