How do I use the Chicago Manual of Style 18th edition (footnotes) with Endnote?

Currently EndNote 21 does not come with Chicago Manual of Style 18th edition (footnotes) pre-installed.

You can download the output style from the Endnote website, following the installation instructions on the library's EndNote guide.
