Several students and staff have had issues syncing Endnote 21 & their online account.

 

To troubleshoot this:

1. Log in to Endnote online classic at www.myendnoteweb.com. Note if you can't log in you will need to reset your Endnote Online password.

2. Go to your Endnote program. Select Edit > Preferences > Sync

3. Check your email address and Endnote online password are entered correctly.

4. Check the file path and library name are the same.

5. Untick the sync automatically option.

6. Open the new version of Endnote Web at https://web.endnote.com/login

7. Log in and your Endnote library should appear in the new endnote web interface.

8. You can now turn automatic syncing back on, as per the instructions above.
