Read & Publish Agreements, or Transformative Agreements, are aimed at making more of our research open access. These agreements work by taking the library’s existing expenditure on journal subscriptions and repurposing it to cover both reading and publishing in some of a particular publisher’s journals.
These Read & Publish Agreements allow Notre Dame-affiliated researchers to publish a threshold number of Open Access articles in selected journals without paying an Article Processing Charge (APC). Click on the link for further details and to search for a suitable journal.
