Yes, you can reuse the same scan of a chapter or article (i.e. a PDF copy) across multiple Leganto reading lists. 

Once you have uploaded the PDF to one list, and completed the Copyright process, you can copy the citation to another list:

  1. Hover over the citation in your list and click the [...] menu
  2. Select copy item
  3. In the pop up box, select the List and Section you would like to add the citation to. 
  4. Click Copy
  5. Go to the second list you would like to add the collection to and click the Add Items button

  1. The Copyright information you completed for the first list will be copied to the second list and you will not need to repeat this step.
  2. Once your list is published, library staff will process the items and make it available to your students in the new reading list.
