According to the APA 7 publication manual, provide a paragraph number (count the paragraphs manually if they are not numbered. As this is a papal document use the APA 7 rule for papal documents, and instead of section you would use para. 1 (etc.).
For example, Pope John Paul II (1995) depicts the certainty of future immortality as casting new light on the mystery of suffering and death (parra. 67). OR (John Paul II, 1995, parra. 67)
