In order to cite a lecture video that the instructor shared via Blackboard consider your intended audience:

For class assignments:

Where the audience is limited to the lecturer and class students, create a reference to the lecture video using the  examples in the "Classroom or Intranet Sources" link below.

For journal publication 

Cite the video as a personal communication because it is a nonrecoverable source; readers of that journal will not have access to University's Blackboard. See "Personal Communication" link below.
