When using the Cite It! function, a new tab will open to a login screen where you should enter your Notre Dame credentials. Once logged in, you may need to close the tab, and then try clicking the Cite It! bookmark again.

If this doesn't work, try logging in to your Reading List via Blackboard (this can be in another tab, but needs to be in the same browser window), and then trying the Cite It! bookmark again. 

If you continue to experience issues, try using another browser (the Library recommends using Google Chrome for Leganto).

If you are unsure of how to install Cite It!, please follow the instructions linked below.

If you are seeing an error screen, or the bookmark isn't working at all, try deleting the bookmark from your browser and installing it again

If you are still having problems, email and include any screenshots of the error if possible.
