If you are seeing a login screen in the Cite It! pop up window, try the following:

  • Refresh your page.
  • Make sure you are using Google Chrome. If it's still not working, try a different browser (e.g. Firefox).
  • Try logging into your Leganto Reading List in a different tab and then trying again.

If you are seeing an error screen, or the bookmark isn't working at all, try deleting the bookmark from your browser and installing it again. Instructions on how to install the Cite It! bookmark can be found at the link below. 

If you are still having problems, email askus@my.nd.edu.au and include any screenshots of the error if possible.
