If your colleague is already an Instructor in the course in Blackboard, they will automatically have access to edit the associated Leganto Reading List.

If they are not an instructor in Blackboard, you can add them as a collaborator by following the instructions below:

  1. From the top toolbar in your reading list, click List Info
  2. At the bottom of the pop up box you will see a list of current collaborators
  3. Click Manage collaborators
  4. Click Add collaborators 
  5. Search for your colleagues name and click to add them to the list 
  6. Select their access option from the dropdown menu 
  7. Click Save
