If your students are unable to access their Reading List in Blackboard, check for the following:

  1. Have you published your list? Your students will not be able to see your list until it has been published. Publishing will also signify to the Library that your list is complete and ready for processing.

  2. Is your Reading List associated with your course? If yes, check it is associated with the correct course code. The code will include letters and numbers indicating the period of study. For example, F-NURS5000-22S1-SP1 is a Fremantle Nursing course that runs in 2022, semester 1 (study period 1).

  3. Have you set up any direct links to sections or citations in your list in Blackboard? Leganto requires all students to click on the main LTI link ("Leganto Reading Lists - start here") once to be "enrolled" in the Reading List. Once they have clicked on this link to enrol, they can then use your direct links. Read more information about this at the link below.

  4. Check that the student is using Google Chrome, as some other web browsers are not always compatible with Leganto.

If none of the above resolve the problem, please contact the library at readinglists@nd.edu.au with details of the issue.
