If your students are unable to access their Reading List in Blackboard, check for the following:

  1. Have you published your list? Your students will not be able to see your list until it has been published. To publish your list, click My List is Ready at the top of your screen. 
     
  2. Is your Reading List linked to your course? If yes, check it is linked to the correct course code. The code will include letters and numbers indicating the period of study. For example, F-NURS5000-22S1-SP1 is a Fremantle Nursing course that runs in 2022, semester 1 (study period 1).
     
  3. Check that the student is using Google Chrome, as some other web browsers are not always compatible with Leganto. 
     
  4. If the student has an unknown user error, there may be an issue with their library account. Please send their student number to readinglists@nd.edu.au or ask the student to contact us directly. 

If none of the above resolve the problem, please contact the library at readinglists@nd.edu.au with details of the issue.
