EndNote does not currently have AMA 11th available as a default style, but you can download it into your EndNote library for free. Follow the links below for instructions on downloading and installing this style as well as important tips for configuring Endnote.

Note: You might find a "Vancouver" style in EndNote. However, this style has some variations and does not use superscript numbers in text. If you are publishing an article and have been asked to use "Vancouver" or "Uniform" , find the style for the journal in which you wish to publish (e.g. Lancet, BMJ, PLoS). You may have to download the style you want. JAMA is available as an output style choice in EndNote, and has been based on the 11th edition of AMA, however some elements of the style may differ from AMA 11th.
