Please note students are encouraged to access their emails through their online portal Office 365. IT Services does NOT support the customisation of your mailbox as it may affect the delivery of mail. IT Services may remove customisations or ask you to re-create your local mailbox when troubleshooting issues.

If you access your email on a personal device, you need to update the details, when you reset your password. Your account may lock-out until you update your details.

As your device is not a University asset, support from the IT Service Desks for this service is very limited.

Email is compatible with the following devices:

  • Windows Phone
  • iPhone and iPad
  • Windows Tablet
  • Windows PC
  • Apple MacBook and MacBook Air
