In WA only a limited number of sentencing decisions are made publicly available.  To find this look at the guide for Criminal Law Sentencing where you will find links and notes about sentencing decisions.

Sentencing remarks (decisions)  are the reasons given, either orally or in writing, by a judge as to why a particular sentence is passed on an offender. These sentencing remarks are often published on Australian court websites.  They may also be referred to in news paper articles but are otherwise not readily available to students or members of the public.

In relation to a specific section of WA legislation you may be "lucky" and find something on the ever changing list of sentencing remarks, but realistically it is unlikely that you will find something so specific.
