If you are having problems logging in to University systems, there may be an issue with your password. To resolve this, go to the Staff Portal webpage, access your MyND Portal (see link below) and do the following:

  1. Click on Password Management
    1. Located under the Password entry field and follow the prompts to reset your password
      1. Login - to update your details
      2. Change Password - If you want to update your known password
      3. Unlock Account - to keep your current password, but you are locked out
      4. Forgot Password - to receive a new password
  2. A One-Time Passcode will be sent to your mobile phone
    1. You will need to use this to authorise the resetting of your password.
    2. If you do not have access to a mobile phone or did not receive the Passcode, please contact IT Support (see link below).
  3. You can also manage your password, add a mobile number or an alternative email address to your details.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You may need to turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser to access this tool off campus.  Search for turning off pop-up blockers via Google for information about enabling this in your current browser.
