If you are having problems logging in to University systems, there may be an issue with your password. To resolve this, go to the Current Students page
- Click on PortalGuard located under Your Tools and follow the prompts to reset your password
- A One Time Passcode will be sent to your mobile phone, you will need to use this to authorise the re-setting of your password. If you do not have access to a mobile phone or did not receive the Passcode, please contact IT Support.
- You can also manage your password, add a mobile number or an alternative email address to your details.
Please note, you may need to turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser to access this tool off campus. Search for turning off pop-up blockers via Google for information about enabling this in your current browser.
