There does seem to be intermittent problems with accessing Taylor & Francis articles via permalinks. The links put on Blackboard work for some people and not others.
The library staff have been testing the problem you describe on variety of machines and every browser we can, and only one person had this problem on one machine.
We can suggest you try to:
- Change your browser
- Clear your browser's cache and history
- Change machines.
These are only suggestions, and may not be successful. The staff member who experienced these problems was only succesful at the last stage (changing computers).
I am sorry this is not a technical solution but, at the moment it is the only one we can suggest.
