The Eduroam Service allows staff and students from member universities to access the WiFi of another member university when visiting that institution. UNDA students and staff members can access the teaching and learning spaces (eg; libraries) in other Universities and use their WiFi network, and visiting staff and students from other universities will be able to connect to UNDA's Wifi network. Almost all Australian universities are members of Eduroam.
The coverage/speed of Wifi depends on the infrastructure of the university you are visiting, and Eduroam Service does not guarantee the service level.
How to use Eduroam
- Make sure that WiFi is switched on for your device.
- Search and select WiFi network “Eduroam”.
- Log in to the network using credentials supplied by your university:
-
- ID: your full email address
- Password: Your PC login password
Note: If you are having difficulties connecting Eduroam, please kindly contact your university and check your credentials. If your login ID and password are correct, but you are unable to connect to Eduroam, please contact the university you are visiting.
