Email access is given to any active student completing their studies at Notre Dame. The default student email address is studentnumber@nd.edu.au with the alternative address of firstname.lastname1@my.nd.edu.au.

Email remains accessible to all graduated students as a usable account “for life”. The password will expire after two years and will need to be reset by an IT Service Technician.

Email is only available to Active and Alumni students.

 

Please note students are encouraged to access their emails through their online portal Office 365. IT Services does NOT support customizations to your mailbox as it may affect the delivery of mail. IT Services may remove customizations or ask you to re-create your local mailbox when troubleshooting issues.

If you access your email on a personal device, you will need to update the details when you reset your password. If you do not update your account details your account may lock out until you complete the update.

As your personal device is not a University asset, support from the IT Service Desks for this service is very limited.
