You can cite the librarian or lecturer by using his/her name, the name of the lecture, year, location (eg. Sydney, The University of Notre Dame Australia) and date the PowerPoint was viewed. Please format this in the citation style that you are using.

When the slides are available online to anyone, provide the site name on which they are hosted in the source element of the reference, followed by the URL of the slides. If the slides come from a classroom website learning management system (e.g. Blackboard) or company intranet and the audience you are writing for has access to that resource, provide the name of the site and its URL. Use the login page URL for sites requiring login.
