Change, manage and update your password and account through PortalGuard.  

For Students:

  1. Go to the Current Students page and click on PortalGuard located under Your Tools
  2. Follow the prompts to reset your password
  3. A One Time Passcode will be sent to your mobile phone, you will need to use this to authorise the re-setting of your password.  If you do not have access to a mobile phone or did not receive the Passcode, please contact IT Support.

For Staff:

  1. To reset, change and manage your password, go to the IT Service Desk page.
  2. Click on the Password & Security link
  3. Click on the PortalGuard link 
  4. Follow the prompts to reset your password
  5. A One Time Passcode will be sent to your mobile phone, you will need to use this to authorise the re-setting of your password.  If you do not have access to a mobile phone or did not receive the Passcode, please contact IT Support

Please note, you may need to turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser to access this tool off campus.  Search for turning off pop-up blockers via Google for information about enabling this in your current browser.
