All staff and students of UNDA are automatically registered to receive pre-overdue notices, which are sent out three (3) working days prior to the due date of any items. 

Pre-overdue notices will be sent out for all items except:

  • 3-day loans
  • Closed Reserve items (2-hour or overnight loans)
  • Other shorter term loan items.

Note: Your student or staff email is used for all University Library communications, including pre-overdue notices, so please check your UNDA email regularly.
