Check to see if you can login to any other University services (e.g. Blackboard). If you are unable to login anywhere, there may be an issue with your password. You can reset your password using the Portal Guard link below. Alternatively, you may need to speak to the IT department. 
 

If you are able to login to other services, but not your Library Account please send an email to askus@my.nd.edu.au with a screenshot of any error messages you can see.
