I can't log in to any University services (e.g. Blackboard)

If you are unable to login to any University services, there may be an issue with your password. You can reset your password using the Account Login link below. Alternatively, you may need to speak to the IT department via the Contact IT link. 

I can login to other University services, but not the Library (e.g My Library Account)

If you are able to login to other services, but not your Library Account please try the following:

  • Open an incognito browser window (in Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard), then try logging into your My Library Account login again.
  • Clear your browser cache, then try logging into your My Library Account again. Make sure you include any saved passwords when clearing your cache. Use the below shortcuts to clear your cache: 
    • Chrome, Firefox or Edge for Windows: Shift + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R
    • Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Shift + Command + R
