EBSCO has updated the navigation and layout of its interface to make it easier to move between features and find search tools. These changes affect how the platform looks and how users navigate it, but do not change the content, databases, search functionality, or search behaviour.

What's changing?

  • Navigation has moved from the left-hand menu to a new top navigation bar.
  • Browse, Research Tools, and Additional links are now organised into streamlined top menus.
  • Dashboard features are now available from the MyEBSCO account menu.
  • The search area has been redesigned, reducing the space above search results.
  • Filters are easy to find after a search, and the filter panel can be opened at any time by selecting All Filters
  • Search results are now displayed in pages, making it easier to jump to a specific section of the results list.

These updates are intended to improve navigation and usability while maintaining the same search capabilities and access to Library resources.
