There appears to be an off-campus access issue regarding all Westlaw databases for some current staff and students. 

Please note that the following instructions may help you obtain access:

  1. Go to the Westlaw database via one of the links provided at the bottom of the page
  2. On the Westlaw sign in page, scroll down and click on the Access with single sign-on button
  3. Enter your student/staff ID email address (EG. 32000123@my.nd.edu.au or 123456@nd.edu.au)
    1. Press the Continue button
  4. You will be taken to the "Please enter your University ID and password" page
    1. Please enter your Student ID and password
    2. Press Sign In
If you are still unable to access Westlaw please contact askus@my.nd.edu.au via your University email address with a list of items you are wanting access to.
