Q. Current Access Restrictions to Campus Libraries

Fremantle Campus

From Saturday 1st May 2021, in line with the State Government's advice, our Fremantle libraries will resume standard semester opening hours and our capacity will increase while still allowing for the 2 square metre rule. 

From Saturday 1st May to Friday 7th May, all visitors to our Fremantle libraries must do the following:

  • Wear a mask while inside the library
  • Check in using the SafeWA app or registration sheets available
  • Maintain a distance of 2 square metres to those around you

From Saturday 8th May, these restrictions will ease further and the below information will apply:

  • Masks are no longer mandatory, but you must keep a distance of 2 square metres to those around you. 
  • Check in using the SafeWA app or registration sheets available

Sydney Campus

  • Visitors to Benedict XVI Library in Darlinghurst must wear a mask while inside the Library
  • Check in using the CovidSafe app or the registration sheets available 
  • Maintain a safe distance to those around you (as designated in each library)
  • Stay home if you're feeling unwell

Broome Campus

Visitors to our Broome campus libraries are asked to do the following:

  • Check in using the SafeWA app, or the registration sheets available
  • Maintain a 2 square metre distance to those around you 
  • Stay home if you're feeling unwell
