If you are having problems logging in to University systems, there may be an issue with your password. To resolve this, go to the Current Students page

  1. Click on PortalGuard located under Your Tools and follow the prompts to reset your password
  2. A One Time Passcode will be sent to your mobile phone, you will need to use this to authorise the re-setting of your password.  If you do not have access to a mobile phone or did not receive the Passcode, please contact IT Support.
  3. You can also manage your password, add a mobile number or an alternative email address to your details.

Please note, you may need to turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser to access this tool off campus.  Search for turning off pop-up blockers via Google for information about enabling this in your current browser.
