Particular settings are not required to access Kanopy off campus and the Library is not aware of any widespread access issues. However, if the link you have been given is not working, try searching for the video by title within the Kanopy database.
Find Kanopy under "K" in the eResources list, then simply type the title of the video you want to watch in the Kanopy search box.
