The domain name for student email is my.nd.edu.au
The domain name for staff is ND or nd.edu.au
When configuring email access on a personal device the domain name is not a required field. Try setting up your account without the domain name first. If you receive an error enter the above details for the type of account, you would like to configure.
As your device is not a University asset, support from the IT Service Desks for this service is very limited.
