Turnitin does not support Firefox 14 and below. Please check that your browser is up to date and try again.
UNDA does not support Internet Explorer or Safari. If you were using either of these browsers, please try again with Firefox or Chrome.
If this doesn’t work you will need to try:

                Updating Java
                Disabling pop-up blocker
Temporarily disabling your firewall (instructions below) or try adding the following URLs to your firewall's safe list (note the * symbol must also be included): *.turnitin.comcdn.turnitin.com, *.edgecastcdn.net, *.turnitinuk.com

Disabling Firewall

Firewalls may prevent transmissions between Turnitin and your computer.  Please note that many anti-virus applications have firewalls built-in (e.g., McAfee, Norton, or AVG).

If you’re connecting to the Internet through a wireless connection, then we suggest trying to connect through a hard-wired Ethernet connection instead.

Final steps that may be helpful:

  1. After having done all the updates and changes, close the entire web browser.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Open your browser and try again.
