Please note that this function is only available for staff members.
You can reset the password off-campus and/or outside of business hours as long as you have internet access. This function unlocks the account (if you failed to log in more than 3 times) as well as resetting the password.
In order to reset the password, the following information must be updated on PeopleSoft Self Service.
- Date of Birth
- Current Home Suburb
- Add private Email Address (not nd.edu.au), and set the personal email address as “preferred” email address.
If you do not know how to update the information, please access Blackboard –> PeopleSoft Training Portal – > Staffing and Payroll -> View and update personal information.

Before resetting the password, please make sure that Notre Dame email/WiFi configuration is removed. Or you may disable auto connect or auto sync.
1. Click “MyND Portal” on Notre Dame Web Portal page.
2. Click “Password Management”.
3. Click “Reset Password”.
4. Type your name, your D.O.B, and the name of your suburb, then click “Submit”
You will receive your new password to your personal email address. If you require further assistance, please contact IT Services.
