Please make sure that you typed the correct password ensuring that the Caps Lock button is not enabled.
If you enter an incorrect password five times, you will be locked out of your account for one hour.
If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the IT Service Desk to reset or unlock your account.
Once your password is reset, please make sure that email applications /wifi login on your tablets / mobile phones are updated immediately. The old password saved on the Apps will attempt to log into our system automatically, and this will cause the account to lock again.
