The default password for the new staff member is Ndxxxxxx# 

- Upper "N"

-Lower"d"

-Staff ID (5 digits)

-Hash "#"

*if you are a current student who is working for the University, your staff ID includes "E" in the staff ID. Please do not include the "E" in the password.

 

 

Please note that all passwords expire after 42 days and cannot be changed more than once in 24 hours after the password is reset.

You are required to change the password every 42 days. Please click here to find out how to change the password. 

Your password should meet the below-mentioned requirements.

  • Must be at least 8 characters in length.
  • Must contain a capital letter, lowercase letters and a number (1,2,3,4,5 etc.).
  • Cannot contain your first name, last name or student number.
  • Cannot contain your first name, last name or student number.
  • Must contain symbols/Special CharactersE.g (!@#$%^&*()_+)
  • You cannot use the passwords that you used for the last 12 month on your account.

You are encouraged to update all relevant information on PeopleSoft and MyNDPortal so that you can reset password anywhere and anytime.
