It depends whether you are using a staff PC or your own personal laptop.
You will need to submit a request for IT to install Write-n-Cite on your laptop. They will ask for your computer name.
You can find the computer name:
- Click 'Start'
- Right-click on 'Computer' and go to 'Properties'.
You need to log into your Refworks account via the web, and follow the instruction to download Write-n-Cite.
