This message usually indicates that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is not recognising the University\'s proxy server. To over come this problem you will need to contact your ISP & confirm with them that they have updated the configuration for our proxy server to the following two lines:

ipacez.nd.edu.au

*.ipacez.nd.edu.au
