- It is being shown in an educational institution's class which are not being run for profit; and
- everyone viewing the screening is instructing or being instructed; and
- the institution’s agreement with the video shop does not prohibit screening in class. (Notre Dame does not have any formal agreement with any video shops so you should make it clear when you rent it how you intend using the item).
