This could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. You received a new student/staff card at some point throughout the year and have yet to check with your Library that the changes have been registered in the Library system.
2. You had a leave of absence from the University - re-registering at the Library will re-activate your access.
3. You are listed as expired in the Library system.
4. You are a Staff Member, Community or Reciprocal Borrower - these borrower types are required to re-register with the library each year.
To resolve any of these issues, you should start by visiting the library front desk. You may be referred onto IT if your problem is not a Library one.
