Q. (RESOLVED) Service Interruptions - Emerald content

Update - July 9th, 2019.

The problem with accessing Emerald content should be resolved, however given the intermittent nature of issues to date, additional problems may arise until the migration to the new platform is complete. Any further problems can be reported to the library via email: askus@my.nd.edu.au.


Update - July 8th, 2019.

Unfortunately the issue with Emerald content appears to still be occurring. We will communicate updates as they come through from the content provider.


July 5th, 2019.

The Library is aware of a problem with access to some Emerald content following their migration to a new platform over the last 24 hours.

We are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as one is available.
