What does "in cataloguing" mean

Does this mean the item is waiting to be placed back on the shelf?

The library recently received a large donation from the State Library of WA - mostly in the area of Theology - which we are gradually working through to add to our shelves. Their records were imported into our system from the SLWA to facilitate our library processes, but unfortunately we can't suppress them from public view. Hence we have set them to show as 'In Cataloguing" rather than 'Available'.

If there is something that you come across that you would like to read, please do contact me personally, and I will attempt to locate it for you.  Please be aware, though that this is a bit like finding a needle in a haystack!
