How do I reference a pamphlet using Chicago Footnotes?
In the Chicago Footnotes style, pamphlets are cited similarly to reports.
Please see the example of a report below:
First footnote citation
1. Australian Human Rights Commission [AHRC], Social Justice and Native Title Report 2013, 56, http://www.humanrights.gov.au/sites/default/files/document/publication /social_justice_native_title_report_2013.pdf.
Second and subsequent footnote citations
