How come I can't get to the case on LexisNexisAu when I can find it listed in CaseBase?

Answer

CaseBase lists cases that have been cited in Australian cases and Australian journal articles. However, our subscription to LexisNexisAU does not include full-text for some resources, such as the All England Law Reports (All ERs).

To find an English case or decision listed in CaseBase, you should try:

  • LexisNexis TRS - for the full-text of the case
  • Westlaw - for reported decisions in full text.
