My staff ID card isn't working at the library, what do I do?

Answer

Library accounts for general and academic staff need to be created manually. If you wish to borrow items from the Library, please visit Library staff at the desk to have an account set up.

If have already set up an account but your staff card isn't working, please ask Library staff to check that your borrower barcode matches your borrower ID number in the Library system.
