How do I borrow an eBook?
There are two methods for borrowing or reading Library eBooks
All eBooks can be read online without being downloaded. Most eBook databases allow you to add books to your bookshelf, create collections to read at a later time and make bookmarks/notes about the book. These will be available the next time you log in, and you can also export your notes to EndNote or Refworks. In addition, you can print and copy text in this mode and view your available copying and printing permissions.
If you are accessing an EBL ebook from a personal PC, laptop or handheld device you can download the book to your device for a set period of time. To do this you will need to download Adobe Digital Editions (for PCs and laptops) or the Bluefire Reader app (for mobile devices).
Please watch the eBooks videos on the Library Video Tutorials page for an overview of the process.
