I can't access the databases off campus, my password doesn't work, what should I do?
What to do if you can't access the databases off campus:
- Ensure that you are accessing the databases, ebooks and e-journals from the Library website. We recommend you don't use bookmarks, since the vendors update the web addresses to these resources from time to time.
- If your username or password fails, contact your Campus IT Department and request to have your password reset.
A small number of databases and ejournals require a separate password, these are easily identified on the Databases page or via the eJournal - eBook Title Search. Contact your Library to obtain a list of these passwords.
