Can you cite IBID in AGLC3 after the first reference in your footnotes if referring to the previous footnote?

I referenced like this:

56. Ibid 333.
57. *Entirely new reference here*; Ibid 334.

Is that allowed or do you need to always put ibid first?

AGLC3 1.4.1 Ibid :

'Ibid' should be used to refer to a source in the immediately preceding footnote...

Comment : Therefore logically it should appear first in a subsequent footnote, followed by the additional source.
